Tournament Entry – $500 (foursome) $125 (individual) – Includes: green fee, cart, range balls & two drink tickets

Business Sponsor – $1,500 – includes one foursome team & one tee sign
Hole Sponsor – $250 – includes one tee sign w/ your name and logo on one of the 12 holes
