First Tee – Central Coast will never turn a child away from any of our programs for the inability to pay! If you are experiencing financial hardship, by selecting yes to financial assistance in the registration process, you will be able to choose the amount that works for your family.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE?

Applying for Financial Assistance is now part of our online registration process. Please follow the following steps.

 Step 1: Register your child/ren for the desired class by adding the selection to the cart (the FULL price will be shown but this is not what you will need to pay if applying for financial aid).

 Step 2: Proceed to checkout.

 Step 3: Continue the registration by completing information and answering questions.  When you get to the Financial Aid Page, please (x) click that you would like to apply.  Answer the questions and click continue. You will be able to choose the amount you are able to pay that fits your financial needs.

 Step 4: Proceed to checkout and click submit. Upon applying, your application will be reviewed by First Tee – Central Coast and a determination will be made.

 Step 5: Upon determination, you will receive an email with directions to complete your registration.  You will have 48 hours to complete your registration.  Failure to complete your registration in 48 hours will result in your registration being cancelled. Please don’t forget this last step!

NOTE: there is a new update to the financial aid process. In the past, once FA was approved, if you logged back in to your account you would see the class in your cart. Under the new structure, there are two ways to access an approved FA cart:
1)Use the link provided in the FA approval email. This will bring you directly to the approved FA record or
2)When you log in to your account, you can open your profile (top right) and then click the FA tab. This will show all of your pending FA requests whether that be those currently in review with no action to take or those that have been approved with actionable links next to them.
